It doesn't make sense to me that this would trigger a fault if the stock primaries and sensors are left in place.

+1 your fine if you keep your primaries. I've been running with CEL light for emissions for a week now. Its not a big deal to see a little light for the amount of power you get. With that said i look forward to adding a tune when a group buy from BPM comes up :-D
