Get an oil analysis done from blackstone labs or similar company instead of wasting time, and more importantly money, on low mileage oil changes. The lab results don't lie. 5k-7.5k or once a year is more than sufficient even with some track days. A TBN will will give you a great knowledge base to help decide how much "life" is left in the oil.
