It's the same as what I paid for the E92 bar, around $700 if I remember correctly
I didn't try to install it with the rear seats installed. I believe the bottom can be installed but the seatback can't, or viceversa.
The bottom part of the seat installs and uninstalls itself almost just by looking at it. The seat back was a bit harder, especially in my car that doesn't have folding rear seats
