He's running the springs that came with the R&T kit + Vorshlag camber plates.

Also, Harold at HPA has installed at least one set (with Swift springs) on his own 1M or a customer's M3.

I'm running the R&T suspension on my R56 Mini Cooper S and it feels great on the street, especially compared to the stock suspension. Running JRZ RS1s on my M3s.
Thanks, Rolf. I talked to Harold extensively about the R&T kit and they are at the top of my list as far as coil overs. I love that the height adjustment is separate from the spring preload. I will more than likely go straight for the Swift spring upgrade, but Im doing more research on camber plates. I hear good things about Vorschlag but Im thinking of going the Ground Control route. I have used their camber plates previously. They were quality and customer service was great.
