There are multiple facets to the situation here. In all reality, you should stay with her if you feel it's all worth it. I personally would have no problems with the solo pics and whatnot, but taking dick is a different story. It all depends on your comfortability level.
If you found out one of your friends does have a girl like this, you don't really have any duty to tell him, but yeah it would be weird as shit to fap to that. I wouldn't be able to.
