Phone was not working properly for me. My car was completed on 15th, however that day according to the phone, my car entered to the body shop and and later on the 17th got to paint (or somethign like that) and production completed on 23rd... (my car was on the boat on 22nd).
My sales rep was shocked when he also listened to this automated system but sometimes it f*cks up big time.
You are paying boat load to the dealer, you get the right to call them on a daily bases for updates
they can track daily progress
