You'd be surprised at how many people buy performance cars and subsequently and purposely REMOVE some of the performance by lowering the car too much, putting wheels in the wrong size or offsets (or a combination of both) just for the sake of appearance and what they think looks good.
People who have a bit of knowledge about suspension, chassis dynamics and handling will just shake their head and the majority will drool and give thumbs up.
