I was under the impression if the car runs negative toe, it gets better initial turn in and is more stable under acceleration out of corners. Doesn't stock M3 run engative toe from the factory?

Camber is positive or negative, you can set up the car to have toe out or toe in. A bit of toe out will make turn in sharper, but will cause the car to be a bit more "nervous" for daily driving. I use to run a touch of toe out, but trying 0 toe now.
