Yeah, Rhinos are too tall. I just bought my M3 coupe and one of the first things I checked was if my rhino ramps would fit and they don't.

There are several companies that sell race ramps for cars that have low clearance. They typically run $250-300. Or you can buy a scissor lift for $1200-1500. Not many other options for oil changes other than jacking up the car and placing it on jack stands (which is doable but not the easiest solution).
Or add some plywood to the rhino ramps to improve the angle...
