Just a follow up for anyone reading this.
So far the NAPA battery is fine. Put it in and went to BMW to have it registered. They may give you a hard time when registering the battery since its not OEM and they may say that the car will not allow them to register it. That is false and there is an option for them to select "other - non oem" during the registration process.
Total cost for the battery 115$
