This is something I have not been able to understand, why raise the minimum? I figured that is part of the engineering design and some teams have gotten close to the original weight.
I think the Saudi track should be interesting and a good test for following in the new cars. Pretty certain that is what caught Mick last season, following close and pushing in that corner where the Ferrari spun prior that weekend.
