I'm putting together a fractional ownership club for Michigan. I have a few folks onboard. Essentially you pay annual for access to high end sports cars, and you are part owner. In getting this one off the ground, and starting small, we're looking at a 360 Modena or 911s.
While I've personally been interested in buying a 360, I just cant justify the expense for a car driven occasionally. That's where a fractional ownership club comes in. Everybody has ownership, every shares the costs, and everybody shares the cars.

However we are starting very small. The goal behind this for a select few enthusiasts to have access to exotic cars from time to time without the full expense, not to build out a massive business.
