Look around cars.com ( all over the country) and compare what other (particularly private sellers) '11s are selling for.

I was told it was not a lease and brought in to the dealer recently for trade in. CarFax indicates the 1,200 checkup was performed.
Yeah, I noticed the asking price is high and was thinking somewhere around $60K would be more in line.
