Not Exactly as Expected
Got my plates They have the white border like like the others that have been posted but the red field isn't centered (likely a prison labor quality feature). I used some red plastic tape to cover the white border. Pictures follow. I had a hard time getting a good picture of the plate on the car. The point and shoot digital Canon camera we have seems to have trouble with multiple shades and gloss levels of red. The "three letter, space, 2 number" format was a small up charge from random numbers and letters vs. the much more expensive the free form option.
