Additional Comments: Ken takes care of me even though I'm in there pretty much every week (for a different issue). I'm very picky about rattles, squeaks, things not being right, etc etc. The service tech always takes a ride with me and helps find the pinpoint the issue(s). The issue(s) are resolved in a timely and profession manner. I recommended them 100%.
