Use anywhere that carries decent brands and uses a hunter machine so they can be road force balanced. Costco does carry michelin ps2 and what not, however, I'm not sure if they use a hunter. The guy changing your tires at Costco very well might be the same guy changing them at your local dealer, but I would still be hesitant to let them work on my 2011 m3. Hunter's web site has a locator for shops in your area who use the machine. My advice would be to find a good shop in your area who caters to exotics and order through them or have tire rack ship them to their shop.
