How simple is that? Is that a full welded tips or just tack welded?

Absolutely nothing wrong with the exhaust. It's in stainless steel with no scratches. It also comes with the connecting pipes.
It's currently fitted for the E90 chassis. But If someone wants to purchase for an E92, it's a very simple job to extend the tips.
