I saw 2 F80s M3 listed in Edmonton last year, went to see both M3s in person and test drove them. The price was significantly lower than market average and one of them has engine issue (most likely the crank hub) that was later discovered by one of my friends. Both cars sit in the dealers for about a year and half then they got sold through auction.
