13537622231 (silver) is listed on RealOEM as being the proper part for the E9x M3. It is cheaper than 13537614317 (brass) which is listed for use on the N54 335i.

So I am now totallllly confused. I ordered the part recommended from RealOEM via FCP Euro (and I got o-ring 13537559991). It is the silver Bosch part.

So - just to be 100% clear, the 13537622231 part is a direct replacement for the 13537614317 low pressure fuel sensor that mounts just behind the air-box on the S65 V8? Some posts discuss some "adapter" but the threads look the same (have not removed old sensor yet - just looking at photos).
