Taking off just the top doesn't give the clearance. The whole airbox needs to come out, but, if you have the right stubby ratcheting wrench, it is doable without removal of the airbox.

Thanks. No doubt stealer has just such a ratchet. they want 2.5 hrs labor for the swap, not that I'm surprised.
