m2 is a great DD w good torque around town and feels tossable. manual was great.

But lacks the emotion of the NA cars at higher revs. you only hear gushing wind as the turbo drowns out the motor. I had mpe and dinan.. so great daily but not really a weekend fun toy.
Damage, that is one helluva list of past cars you have owned.

So, please tank your top 3, based on your own personal preference for speed, agility and comfort.
Kevin, good question.

out of 01 m3 manual, 05 zcp SMG, 08 m3 manual, 08 m6 SMG, 11 m3 zcp, 06 m5 SMG, 15 m3 manual, 17 m2 manual.

Top 3 are easy. 08 m3, 08 m6, and 05 m3 zcp.

from there it's harder. m6 w eisenmann race is just wicked. but overall m3 08 manual was splendid dd.

3. 05 m3 zcp. ripping that i6 was kick ass so high strung. if a track car then #1.

2. 08 m6. best motor of all time.

1. 08 m3 manual. something bad ass about a 4 door manual sedan with a race motor in it.

I only owned the f80 m3 for 4 months. numb cold no emotional connection. m2 for 2 months. good daily driver, and liked it better than the f80 m3 however not special enough.

is there life after e9x m? yes. I bought a 14 R8 V8 w Kline race exhaust. Exotic looks w NA race V8, sounds better than my M3 w MPE and Eisenmann race.

I'm still envious of you guys w S85 or S65 motors. thought to buy one but too similar to the R8 that fills my needs.

I have a 16 535 m sport for DD. but once the m2 falls to $30k i plan to pick one up for a daily.
