I bought a mosfet set to try replacement on a couple of TA in which I previously replaced gears (one still did not work after changing gears and the other gave me another 2 years before failing). I’ll do this sometime this year — sooner if one of mine fails.
New bmw actuators are down to about $600 now and the same one from vdo is as low as $450 but has not been in stock lately.
