Test pipes are 3xx, most vendors are around $ 350 let's say. Then they also need to be installed correct? They won't install themselves.
So I will give the benefit of the doubt that someone self installs them which is free (so to speak).
You still have a hacked up stock x pipe for $ 350. What will you do when you want to go back to OEM? Buy a used x pipe? Hack the one that was now cut back together?? This all costs money.
For a couple hundred more, you'll get better performance (I used Aero resonators which are very good) and have the option to go back to stock when needed.
Shit, if someone wants I will cut this thing in half and sell the front delete pipes separate from the rear x section.
