that's funny - we are neighbors. i've only been at olmypic / beverly for ~1 month - though previously was just down the street at olympic & la jolla. obviously not a huge move - got a great deal though on living space and am now just that much closer to work (in the 2049 CC builidng . . .)
there are quite a few M3s around, though most are bone stock. would have definitely noticed your modded jerez black car!

I'm in 2049 CC. Quite a few Ms. I park on P2. There are at least 4 M3s on P2 alone plus a 1M.
