As BMW are a manufacturer in the US you can't go by either UK or Euro prices as an indicator of what they will charge in the US if at came there. My best estimate would be that if it did go stateside you won't be paying anything more than $115~120K tops.

Though frankly at this money I don't think you are getting value for money and at UK prices it's plain mental, because the last special M3 that was sold here was the CSL at it's then loopy price of £60K and they couldn't give them away at that price and that was without the present climate. Heaven knows how they will sell them now.
