My biggest recommendation though would be to try and find a set of 18's. Our Northeast roads are all generally shit come pothole season and the 19's really don't give you much sidewall to work with. You'll be OK for traction but it'll only be 1 nasty pothole before you're searching for another replacement rim.

A cheap set of 18's (I'm using the OEM 219's) will generally work better to save you. A squared setup is preferrable since you can rotate it, but also looks weird on the car if you're not running a spacer in the back.

I have the M359 rims for my summer set, so the OEM 19" would be my winter set. I'd prefer to not have to buy another set, but perhaps that means I'll be learning a hard lesson...
The stagger is not the end of the world. You'll be fine if you're willing to let one of the stock 220s get sacrificed. They're fairly cheap anyways.
