I was thinking of getting a clear bra done on the roof to prevent something like this from happening.

I currently have a small nick on the roof's clear probably from a rock , any idea what I should do to prevent it from spreading or affecting the entire roof?

Please advise!

Are you referring to clearcoat failure? The carbon roof is clearcoated just like every other body panel. Any large horizontal surface on a car is susceptible to this. Just look at cars in the desert with faded paint: it's always the roof, hood, and trunk. These panels get the most direct UV exposure.

Proper care, such as waxing, will greatly slow down the degradation.
