You had every right to be uncomfortable, and no one has a right to tell you that you should have felt otherwise. Taking that to the track where it belongs is way smarter. It may be just as terrifying the first time around, but just keep inching out of your comfort zone, and you may find how much of a blast it is! Not to mention that it's completely legal and safer with emergency workers on hand.
