If you want a quality known good S65 with good history and favorable inspection then I think you'll need to adjust your budget upwards and your search nationally.

If you want to stick to your budget and get your hands on a core to do the RB's and refresh yourself then there are a few listed on eBay that might work. The market value on a desirable motor is going up. The cheap ones are junkyard motors in questionable condition sold by people who don't know anything about S65's.

I know of a couple of solid engines that have been gone through and refreshed with new bearings if you're interested in spending a little more to get a better product from someone who knows these motors.
