The two places I would recommend are in Mississauga. I actually just got a set of 275/35/18 PSS from Tires23 (
www.tires23.com), and they're being installed on Saturday. They were easily the cheapest people I spoke to (came to $100 more than Tire Rack for the set), and they do a good job mounting and balancing. The only other place I would really recommend would be Megawheelz (
http://www.megawheelz.com/). They're usually a bit more expensive, but the guys there are super nice, and really careful to make sure no wheel gets damaged.
