If you want more intel on what is actually necessary I would call and talk to Barry at 3DM Motorsport, he helps Ohlins develop some of their track day kits and has a wealth of knowledge. I bought my Ohlins R&T kit from him and find it's perfect for a dual duty car. Fwiw I originally went up on spring rates and then switched back to the default rates that come with the kit but with linear (more narrow) front springs. I think the softer standard springs are better for a car that is driven on the street 2-3+ days per week. Still fun on track when I crank the knobs to near full firm.
