That results from understeer so could reduced by adding camber or maybe there is an alignment issue. If you add camber then maybe you won't understeer as much. Or maybe you do.

That wear is an indication you're exceeding the limits of the tire and beating it up.

I'm assuming that tire was on the front axle.
