I would personally change the O2s first cause throttle actuators are pricey

Well, here is an update. I replaced the O2 sensors. Drove about 50 miles and the 27C7 O2 Bank 2 code came back. I replaced both sensors while I was under the car.
I also checked to make sure my clamps for the test pipes were tight and they were.
Now I am not sure what the next step would be. Any suggestions?
