I suggest not to dismantle the airbag for checking yourself, but insist the dealer pops it out of the steering wheel, to prove to you what the label says.
Suggest E90 / E92 owners should contact BMW and demand recall replacement with a different brand of Airbag. (For example TRW, not TAKATA).
Now we know that some Australian E9X / E92s also have airbags by TAKATA.
