The only difference is the spring rate. The plus version are stiffer. I don't find the car needs any stiffer springs specially if you have EDC.
The drop is the same... Very mild,. 0.75-1.00 front and 0.25-0.5 rear, I don't recall exactly but it's perfect on that chassis IMO.
