11/2008 build MY09 E90.
Bought the car with 31K miles. Have 54K currently.
Issues: Replaced the LED tail lights after a strip of the LEDs went out. Steering sensor coincidently went bad driving away from the dealership after an alignment. Some of the interior trim was replaced due to peeling. This all happened and was covered under warranty. Can't think of anything else wrong with it. Drives like a champ.
Been running a meth kit and piggyback ECU for about 4k miles now. No issues.
Driving style: Spirited. No track. Driven mostly in FL (93 OCT), DC area (93 OCT), and Texas (91 OCT, 4000 ft).
