I wouldn't think so, the weight savings will probably help with track times if anything, I just mentioned non-track use because Longboarder had mentioned he used a set of AG wheels as his track set but because the offset was more aggressive in the front he couldn't run the camber settings that he wanted.
You could rock this at normal "civic" height but I think 359Ms look best with ZCP height or lower.
