Either do the multiple exposures, OR, you can take the photos with the different door angles and superimpose them in photoshop, OR, you can get yourself a strobe or even a remote flash and as you're exposing the photo (use a closed aperture so you can use a slow shutter speed) release the flash at fractions of a second as the door closes.
