2009 E90, DCT. 92,500km. Daily Driven, Sydney so no bad winters but the heeeeeat...
Issues experienced:
* Constantly needs fuel, but I'm happy to oblige.
* Wife broke BOTH the passenger and driver side vents tabs (Nearest the door)... errrrgh it's like living with the Hulk sometimes.
* Adaptive Headlight failure error message, only had it twice and it was only whilst scooting along over really badly maintained rough concrete road (My guess, loose connection at the plug).
* Occasionally the crank time on an overnight cold start is far longer than 'normal'. I'm wondering if it's a fuel delivery issue as the cranking is fine, plugs are new, it has spark. Maybe the check valve in the fuel pump is leaking so overnight the fuel drains back into the tank instead of holding pressure.
Previous owner did service once a year or ~10,000km.
I up that to twice a year and 7-8000km.
Gotta say, not a bad result really considering the performance.
