Yes, you'll have to split the lid open. You'll find the pins from the silver piece are melted to hold in place. You'll just need a drop of superglue on each pin to put it back together.
Opening the lid will also make it so you wrap the lid around and when you put it together, have a nice edge when the ashtray is open. |
Can anyone of you who's already done a CF wrap on the center console, so a short video of how to remove the center console trim and then showing How you "wrapped" it?
Maybe one already exists... I'll do some googling.
Consensus is get the CF 1080 3M film? Or DINOC?
