Tire comparisons

E90 M3 Sedan 6 spd.

I have the stock 19" rims. I'm looking at tire options. I think I've narrowed it down to 3.

Option one:

Oversized rubber.
Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110
275/35R19 Front
295/30R19 Rear

Less oversized.
Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110
255/35R19
275/35R19

Option two:
Stock sizes
Potenza RE-11
245/35R19 Front
265/35R19 Rear

I can get the Hankook at a savings of like $600, or $500 depending on size. Also, are these valid sizes for fitment? Do I need to keep the stagger exactly +20? Do you have to align an M3 every time you do a tire change? What about road force balancing? Is that different than the standard mount and balance?

I expect the Hankooks would last longer, and not perform as well as the RE-11s, but I think I'm OK with that, as I'm not going to the track any time soon. Would they behave significantly worse than the stock PS2 tires I have?

Also, I plan to go through America's Tire. Any horror stories I should know about? I plan to get their certificates for lifetime road hazard warranty.

I barely understand what spacers are, but do I need to use them, or is that more a thing for changing rims? I am happy with the stock 19" rims.
