Don't get too worked up. He's just a Canadian that drives a Merc! Seriously, your input has been excellent. I would agree with Schmed that the tone of your posts did seem somewhat biased, but that is to be expected as you have first hand experience with the dealership and don't know Ken from Adam. It's human nature. At least it looks like we're in the home stretch.
