At the end of the day, when you are alone in your home deciding which kit to put on your $60K+ E90/E92 that you spent your hard earned money on (and you also don't want any problems with hardware, tune, motor, etc), ESS clearly has the win. People decide with their money. They put their money where their mouth is. Most people have decided that the ESS kit is the most reliable and best designed kit out there for the E90/E92. That is a fact not an opinion.

so your saying that just because this forum has a list of some the guys that have these kit that by pure numbers the kit is better.( Opinion not fact.)A fact would be that they have more kits that AA on this Forum. Their are so many people that own both kits that aren't on the forums did you account for that? So if both company had a certain amount of kit out just for example Aa had 100 kits and Ess had 95 you would say Active is better because their 5 more people with the kit right?
