I found 36/34 hot on my e46 track car to be best for the AD008s. haven't tried them on the e92 though.

I started with warm tires (after driving to the track) at 35/37, found them at 41/43 after a session and correspondingly greasy. I reduced them to about 38/40 hot, but still found them greasy, even though turn-in remained excellent. I don't think I've quite found the sweet spot for these on the track.
