You may want to look at the Bridgestone RE11, which is similar in performance and comes in stock sizes for a 19" wheel.
The OE stagger provides for the front OD about 0.5" smaller than the rear. The 255/35 and 275/30 combination would reverse this, which is not what you want, either for high speed stability or DSC or TPMS issues. But, you could use 255/30 and 275/30, maintaining the designed stagger.
