I've had mine installed for about 3 months and haven't had any issues. Installation was easy once I figured out I had to puncture the back of the wheel to get it to release off the column.
It took me a while to get used to driving with it though. To me, it kind of felt at first like I'd put a sweater over the wheel. On the one hand, I was trying not to grip very hard because I want the alcantara to last.... and yet I found my fingers cramping from because the alcantara slides through your hands easier and it takes a bit more effort to "hang on". Maybe I should wear my driving gloves from racing
Don't know if that makes sense?
I really love it now though and don't think I'll be putting the OEM wheel back on anytime soon!
