It's not much different than buying an axle back exhaust for sound. Most decent ones will cost $1500+ and probably gain 5 hp, if any.
Aside from a tune and test-pipes/x-pipe, there's not much else to get for significant hp gains on these cars, short of a supercharger kit. And dropping 10-11k on a Harrop can be difficult to justify for some.
