This is actually quite normal for a wheel manufacture to do, Youll see a lot of 5x100 stamped on 5 lug wheels even though its a different bolt pattern. Ive had a few sets and it was the same and im positive the new buyer got bmw spec wheels, you can usually tell by size and offsets offered as well.
