I'd say it'd take more than that if you do it right. You have to take out the airbox, the intake manifold etc.

45 minutes, you'd be ripping it all out in record time and I'd be afraid such a rush job would miss having some of the hose clamps not tightened or the airbox not sealed etc.

I'd say an experienced mechanic doing a good job would be 2 hours. And double that for someone doing it at home with hand tools.
