The Spec-R is an insanely great set of springs especially considering their price. I've had them on my E92 w/ EDC for a few thousand miles and couldn't be happier. It's surprising how they can reduce body roll with almost no reduction in ride comfort, I attribute a lot of this to the fast response of the factory EDC shocks but I've never driven an M3 with Swifts and passive dampers to see how that compares.
